The organisation for education and community service (OESER) is a civil, non –profit organisation that focuses its actions to contribute in a comprehensive manner to the defence, protection, care, preservation and full development of the lives of children, adolescents and disadvantaged youth (social); taking into account their families, their environmental, social and cultural environment, protecting, generating and sustaining projects for more than 25 years.
